School Grants help NRM member schools deliver education events that develop their staff professionally and personally.
- Application materials must be received by December 1.
- Applications received after December 1 and before February 15 will be considered pending available funding.
- Provide a written statement about your school, your goals for your program, and how you intend to use the event to help your staff develop professionally and personally. Include anything else you think is relevant.

Have this ready before you start:
- Your member school and a contact
- The event or program the grant supports
- A written statement on your school goals and staff development plans

If your school is awarded a grant
Funds are transferred to a school invoice once the following are complete. Any remaining balance is billed to the school.
- After the event, submit an event roster and a report from the education staff member who led it.
- Submit a report on how the event helps your school reach its goals and helps those attending meet their own professional and personal goals in snowsports instruction.
- Submit photos and video from the event.
Please submit all requested material to the NRM Region office. The NRM Region office will notify applicants of the EF Committee’s decision.
