Core: Alpine, Snowboard, Telemark & Children's Specialist

Fri, Sat & Sun AM · all disciplines

Slide and work with the same group each morning. Groups are divided by speed the first morning and stay together each day with the same trainer, so you build on your own improvement and make new connections.

Intro to CARV

Fri & Sat PM · Alpine

Come along with CARV ambassadors Brenna Kelleher and Katie White to learn how to use CARV with clients and in your own training, or work with a pro to improve your scores. Units provided for a set number of people — sign up to reserve a spot.

CARV Pro

Fri & Sat PM · Alpine

Have your own CARV unit and want a better score? Bring it fully charged and work through roadblocks and the technical skills behind the movements. For people with their own CARV units and accounts.

Recognizing Misalignment through Equipment

Fri & Sat PM · Alpine

With Master Boot Technician Brent Amsbury. Learn to recognize alignment issues that come from equipment, understand their impact on a skier's movements, and how to begin to correct them. Not a boot-fitting appointment.

Pattern Breaking

Fri PM · Alpine & Snowboard

Start the season strong with a clinic on changing your movement patterns. Whether you are pursuing a new certification, working through an injury, or exploring your range, these afternoon sessions move you toward your more efficient self.

Ski and Ride with the Legends

Fri PM · all disciplines

For over 60 years NRM has been home to many of the pioneers and leaders of snowsports education. Spend the afternoon with some of these legends of PSIA-AASI, who we are proud to have as NRM members.

Snowsports Leadership

Fri PM · all disciplines

Want to move up in the industry? Slide and learn with our own supervisors and managers as they share how they prepared for those roles — lesson distribution, tough parent meetings, and tangible steps toward supervision and beyond.

Learning Through Movement

Sat PM · all disciplines

A round-table clinic focused on using movement to introduce and reinforce skills without rehashing the same drills. Bring your tried-and-true bag of tools and learn what others carry in theirs.

Intro to Freestyle

Sat PM · all disciplines

A true introduction to freestyle skiing and riding. Use flatland maneuvers to build toward introductory park features and the skills to feel comfortable moving into the park. Starts outside the terrain park; not for those going beyond Freestyle Specialist Level 1.

Safety First

Sat PM · all disciplines

How do you break through the fear students show up with? This clinic works through the mental side of skiing and snowboarding, helping students (and ourselves) overcome fear and learn to trust themselves.

XC Skate Skiing

Fri PM

All levels welcome — bring your own equipment. Join the NRM XC staff to refine your skate-skiing technique and get pumped for a winter of fitness.

MA and Video

Sat PM · Alpine

Want to improve your movement-analysis skills, for your clients or your certification journey? Spend an afternoon doing just that, using phone cameras with your clinic leaders.

Dynamic Telemark vs Alpine Carving

Sat PM · Telemark & Alpine

A multidisciplinary carving clinic on the similarities and differences between carving on Telemark and Alpine equipment. Bring whichever gear you prefer and hone your carving.
